Refund Policy

All current Paddle transactions are tests. They may resemble completed purchases inside the Sandbox dashboard, but they cannot be transferred to a bank account and have no real monetary value.

Test subscriptions may be canceled or changed through the Paddle Sandbox customer portal so the full membership lifecycle can be verified.

A cancellation scheduled for the end of an active billing period does not remove member access early. Access ends when Paddle reports a non-granting status such as canceled, paused or past due.

Deleting a site account does not by itself cancel a Paddle subscription; billing changes should be made through the billing portal.

Before Paddle Live is enabled, this policy will be updated with the final operator identity, support contact, refund eligibility, request window and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

No real-money purchase should be made or represented as available until those details are published and the Live checkout has been separately approved and tested.
